Do I undress for a full body massage

You can undress as much as you are comfortable with. You are fully covered with linens throughout the whole massage and we will make sure you are as comfortable as possible. You can also receive a great massage fully clothed.

What should i do to prepare for my massage

  1. Hydrate before and after a massage

  2. Wear loose comfortable clothing

  3. Don’t be afraid to communicate

  4. Don’t forget to breathe normally

Restrictions

If you are sick, please reschedule. Certain techniques are contraindicated depending on medical history or current condition. Call or text with questions.

We sanitize the table and change out the linens after each client.

do you have advice for my first massage

  • Yes! Drink plenty of water! The more water you drink the less sore you will be.

  • Don’t be afraid to communicate. We want to know if the pressure is too much or too little. We also want to know what areas to focus on.

  • Sometimes you just want to escape during a massage and not “chat” and that is okay! Feel free to tell us this.

  • My ultimate goal is to make sure you are as comfortable and get what you want out of your session.
